The short version

• The calculators run entirely in your browser. Salary inputs, debt details, and budget figures never leave your device.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal information.
• We use a small number of standard analytics and advertising tools to keep the site free. They are listed below by name with links to their own privacy policies.

What information we collect directly

Calculator inputs: none. Every figure you enter into a paycheck, debt, or budget calculator is processed in JavaScript on your device. Nothing is transmitted to PayCalculator's servers — there are no PayCalculator servers; the entire site is static HTML on a CDN.

Email address: only if you voluntarily submit it through one of our email-capture forms. Submitted emails are sent to our email service provider (currently a third-party email service) and used solely to send you the requested resource and occasional related updates. Unsubscribe link in every email; we honor opt-outs immediately.

No third-party analytics or advertising services are currently loaded on this site.

Some links on this site are affiliate links — clearly labeled Sponsored. When you click one, the destination site may set its own cookies for attribution. PayCalculator does not see what you do on the destination site; we only learn that a referral came from us when (and if) you complete a sign-up there. See our affiliate disclosure for full details.

None. The PayCalculator domain does not set any first-party cookies. Cookies you may see in your browser inspector come from third-party services listed above (Google Analytics, AdSense, etc.).

Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA / similar)

• Access & deletion: Because we don't collect personal data directly (other than emails you submit), there is generally nothing for us to access or delete on our end. To request deletion of an email subscription, click "unsubscribe" in any email or contact us.
• Do Not Sell: We do not sell personal information to third parties under any definition used by US state privacy laws (CCPA, CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA).
• Opt out of personalized advertising: Use the links in the AdSense / Ezoic sections above, or your browser's "Do Not Track" / Global Privacy Control signal.
• Children: This site is not directed at children under 13 (US) or 16 (EEA/UK), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
